يمكنك في أي وقت طلب حذف حسابك في تطبيق دياركو وجميع البيانات المرتبطة به. يتم الطلب حاليًا عبر البريد الإلكتروني.

خطوات طلب الحذف

  1. أرسل رسالة إلى بعنوان: طلب حذف حساب دياركو.
  2. اذكر في الرسالة رقم الجوال المسجّل في الحساب والاسم المسجّل، وهل الحساب حساب عميل أو مقدّم خدمة.
  3. قد نتواصل معك على الرقم المسجّل للتأكد أن الطلب صادر منك قبل التنفيذ، حمايةً لحسابك.
  4. ننفّذ الحذف خلال 30 يومًا كحد أقصى ونرسل لك تأكيدًا بالبريد.

ما الذي يُحذف

  • بيانات الحساب: رقم الجوال، الاسم، المدينة، رمز الدخول (PIN) المشفّر، وربط الجهاز.
  • طلبات الصيانة والصور ومقاطع الفيديو المرفقة بها.
  • المحادثات مع مقدّمي الخدمة ومع الدعم، والتقييمات.
  • لمقدّمي الخدمة: بيانات طلب الانضمام، والوثائق المرفوعة (الهوية، الرخصة/السجل، صورة المحل)، ورقم الآيبان، والمنتجات والخدمات.

ما قد نحتفظ به

سجلات المدفوعات والفواتير المرتبطة بعمليات تمّت فعلًا قد نحتفظ بها للمدة التي يفرضها النظام في المملكة العربية السعودية فقط، ثم تُحذف. وقد تبقى نسخ احتياطية لفترة محدودة قبل أن تُستبدل تلقائيًا.

حذف جزء من البيانات فقط

إذا أردت حذف بيانات محددة (مثل صور طلب معيّن) دون حذف الحساب، راسلنا على البريد نفسه مع توضيح ما تريد حذفه.

You can ask at any time for your DiyarCo account and all data linked to it to be deleted. Requests are currently handled by email.

How to request deletion

  1. Email with the subject: DiyarCo account deletion request.
  2. Include the mobile number registered on the account, the registered name, and whether it is a customer or service-provider account.
  3. We may contact you on the registered number to confirm the request came from you before acting on it, to protect your account.
  4. We complete the deletion within 30 days at most and confirm by email.

What is deleted

  • Account data: mobile number, name, city, hashed PIN and device binding.
  • Maintenance requests and the photos and videos attached to them.
  • Messages with service providers and with support, and ratings.
  • For service providers: the application data, uploaded documents (ID, license/registration, shop photo), IBAN, and products and services.

What we may keep

Payment and invoice records for transactions that actually took place may be kept only for the period required by Saudi law, and then deleted. Backups may persist for a limited time before they are automatically overwritten.

Deleting only some data

If you want specific data removed (for example, the photos on one request) without deleting your account, email the same address and tell us what to remove.
